Information we collect

Tool inputs: every value you enter into a calculator on this site is processed entirely in your browser. Nothing you type into a calculator is transmitted to us or stored by us.

Theme preference: if you switch between light and dark mode, that choice is saved locally in your browser's storage so it persists between pages. It never leaves your device.

Usage data: standard server logs (pages visited, approximate location by IP, browser and device type, referring site) are collected by our hosting provider as part of operating the site.

Contact form: if you send a message through the contact page, the name, email, and message you provide are transmitted to our form handler so we can reply to you. Please don't include sensitive personal information in messages.

How we use this information

Usage data helps us understand which tools and pages are useful and keep the site working. Contact messages are used only to respond to you.

Third-party services

Fonts are served by Google Fonts; loading them shares standard request data (such as your IP address) with Google. See Google's privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy. The contact form is processed by our own form handler at readyutilities.com. No advertising or analytics services currently run on this site.

Your privacy rights

The only personal information this site holds is what you send through the contact form. You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted at any time through the contact page; choose the privacy request subject and we will respond. California's online privacy law (CalOPPA) requires this policy to describe what is collected and who it is shared with, which the sections above do. Visitors in the EEA and UK: server logs are processed on the legitimate-interest basis of operating and securing the site, and contact messages on the basis of responding to your request.
